Event Rental 

In addition to the event fee, a two-night minimum stay of $350 per night is required for every event rental. All overnight stay rates will incur a 12% Accommodation Tax and a cleaning fee. 50% of the rental fee and an additional $500 refundable security deposit is required in order to reserve this facility. Payment plans are available, please check with staff when making your reservation.

Reservations may be made up to 1 year in advance. Event liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000 is required to serve alcohol during your event.  

Peak Months

(March - June and September - November)

  • Event Fee: $4,500
  • Overnight Fee: $350 per night (two-night minimum stay required)
    • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
  • Cleaning Fee: $200

Non-Peak Months

(December - February & July - August)

  • Event Fee: $3,500
  • Overnight Fee: $350 per night (two-night minimum stay required)
    • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m.
  • Cleaning Fee: $200


Vacation Rental

Overnight stays at the Lake House at Bulow are available for $450 per night without an event rental during non-peak months (December-February & July-August). A two-night minimum stay is required. All overnight stay rates will incur a 12% Accommodation Tax and a cleaning fee. For gatherings of 13 guests or more, event fees will be applicable as your rental is considered an event.
